Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes for parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
  • •Interface with design engineering to coordinate new product releases and support first-article setup, development, and manufacturing documentation for series production.
  • •Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements for new or existing product lines.
  • •Execute industrialization of new equipment and tooling, run special projects (product transfers, launches, improvement projects), and manage changeover procedures.
  • •Maintain master data (part numbers, tooling, fixtures, gages, equipment), analyze line downtime, and support EC/warranty execution with training and OPEX/value-stream improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience (depending on level).
  • •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.
