Key Responsibilities

•Architect and run a scalable, data-driven operating cadence across APJ, including forecasting, QBRs, capacity planning, and executive reporting.
•Partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Learning & Enablement leaders to translate global strategy into executable regional plans.
•Reduce operational friction by embedding automation, predictive analytics, and AI-first workflows into intake, scheduling, and performance tracking.
•Improve forecast accuracy and operational predictability by identifying risks early and driving structured corrective action.
•Lead high-priority escalations with discipline and composure, converting recurring issues into systemic improvements.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in Consulting, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Enablement Operations, or Professional Services Operations within high-growth technology companies.
•Proven experience owning regional operating cadence, forecasting frameworks, and large-scale execution models.
•Strong commercial fluency, including understanding of utilization, forecast variance, and revenue discipline.
•Experience implementing automation, analytics, or AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and predictability.
•Analytical rigor with the ability to translate data into executive-level insight and actionable recommendations.
