Job Summary

Build customer relationships and help meet retail and small business financial needs using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessments. Learn retail operations and sales through a 4–8 week onboarding program, then use marketing tools (including CAMP) to reach out, set appointments, and cross-sell. Partner with mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment business partners, process teller transactions, and support customer satisfaction and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, with certification at the end.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach customers, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers, perform outside sales activities, process teller transactions, and refer to business partners for holistic solutions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated ability to understand advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
