Job Summary

Lead a team of Private Banking professionals serving high net worth clients, driving relationship growth and delivering integrated financial solutions across wealth, lending, trust, and investments. Balance client relationship strategy, team performance, and business growth while expanding assets under management and fee income. Build and maintain Centers of Influence networks, identify new opportunities, support risk and compliance (BSA/AML/SAFE Act), and represent the bank in the community.

•Lead and develop Private Banking professionals by coaching, training, and providing performance guidance.
•Grow and retain high net worth client relationships through tailored financial solutions and integrated strategies.
•Build and maintain Centers of Influence (COIs) and execute targeted growth strategies.
•Act as a connector across the bank to match client needs with appropriate specialists and ensure coordinated service delivery.
•Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including BSA, AML, and SAFE Act, and represent the bank in the community.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•7+ years of financial services sales and relationship management.
•3+ years of commercial lending experience.

•Preferred background in trust, investments, or wealth management, plus ability to travel locally as needed.
