Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily remediation/demolition/excavation and site restoration field operations, including cap placement and trenching.
  • •Supervise union and non-union equipment operators, laborers, teamsters, drillers, and subcontractors on active project sites.
  • •Oversee remediation system operations (monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization), including vapor intrusion mitigation systems.
  • •Direct general groundwater sampling programs and support RCRA-related activities, including waste characterization and reporting.
  • •Enforce AECOM safety policies and project Health and Safety Plans; maintain compliance and complete required daily logs and regulatory documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •HS Diploma and 6+ years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Strong background supervising and managing heavy equipment operations and directing field crews on environmental cleanup projects.
  • •Experience with environmental remediation fieldwork; oil and gas experience is strongly preferred.
  • •OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification and strong field safety knowledge, including environmental controls.
  • •Ability to create clear daily logs, field reports, and documentation.
