Key Responsibilities

•Define, design and implement analytics and reporting standards, frameworks and practices for the EMEA Data & Analytics Platforms.
•Act as the technical design authority for analytics and reporting solutions, providing hands-on guidance in presentation layer tools and SQL-based data modelling.
•Collaborate with stakeholders across delivery squads to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.
•Deliver new reporting capabilities within the EMEA Data & Analytics Platforms team to meet business initiative requirements.
•Drive end-to-end delivery of reporting projects, ensuring alignment with Agile delivery practices and regulatory timelines.

Key Requirements

•Solid understanding of investment banking and corporate banking products and trade lifecycle.
•Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.
•Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with DevSecOps practices for reporting/visualisation platforms.
