Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, design and implement analytics and reporting standards, frameworks and practices for the EMEA Data & Analytics Platforms.
  • •Act as the technical design authority for analytics and reporting solutions, providing hands-on guidance in presentation layer tools and SQL-based data modelling.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders across delivery squads to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.
  • •Deliver new reporting capabilities within the EMEA Data & Analytics Platforms team to meet business initiative requirements.
  • •Drive end-to-end delivery of reporting projects, ensuring alignment with Agile delivery practices and regulatory timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering analytics and reporting solutions in a regulated, high-volume environment (preferably within corporate investment banking or capital markets).
  • •Proven track record with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Databricks AI/BI) and strong SQL/data modelling skills.
  • •Solid understanding of investment banking and corporate banking products and trade lifecycle.
  • •Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.
  • •Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with DevSecOps practices for reporting/visualisation platforms.
