Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Southside Bank teller services by processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • •Perform customer service standards, including courteous interactions and customer thank-you calls/follow-up as directed.
  • •Follow policies and compliance procedures to prevent fraud and accurately complete required reporting (e.g., CTRs, SARs, Reg CC).
  • •Maintain cash drawer limits and daily balancing, including reporting outages and handling over/short situations per policy.
  • •Know bank products/services to cross-sell, identify customer needs, and direct customers to other departments as needed.
