Act as the primary technology liaison and IT business partner for assigned Bose functions, translating business strategy and priorities into a multi-year technology roadmap. Key Responsibilities

•Build and sustain relationships with business unit leaders and senior IT stakeholders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into technology implications.
•Own the intake, triage, and prioritization of technology requests, maintaining a view of active initiatives, investments, and enhancements for each function.
•Partner with business sponsors to develop business cases (benefits, costs, risk, total cost of ownership) and define measurable success criteria before kickoff.
•Serve as the accountable business-facing IT leader for strategic initiatives, coordinating across project managers, delivery leads, and stakeholders to keep scope, schedule, and budget on track.
•Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve competing priorities through negotiation and escalation via governance forums.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business relationship management, enterprise applications, technology strategy, product management, or IT leadership.
•Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders to define and manage a technology portfolio at comparable scale and complexity.
•Experience leading or playing a senior role in large-scale enterprise application initiatives or digital transformation programs with direct accountability for outcomes.
•Working knowledge of at least one major corporate function (e.g., Human Resources, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial Operations, Customer Experience).
