Job Summary

Lead Snowflake Professional Services delivery as a Delivery Manager, overseeing teams of Solutions Architects and Consultants to execute migrations from legacy systems to the Snowflake platform. Key Responsibilities

•Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Solutions Architects and Consultants delivering Snowflake implementation, optimization, development, and delivery expertise.
•Oversee delivery quality by ensuring adherence to technical and delivery best practices across Snowflake engagements.
•Oversee the design, implementation, and deployment of complex AI and GenAI solutions leveraging the Snowflake platform.
•Partner with Professional Services leadership and Sales Account Teams on sales pursuits, including project scoping, code assessments, pricing, and statements of work.
•Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflake products and deliverables.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 208,000 - 273,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role.
•Minimum 5 years of people management experience, mentoring and developing teams.
•Minimum 5 years selling professional services, including scoping large projects and writing statements of work.
•Proven experience guiding enterprise customers on data strategies for building, deploying, and operationalizing GenAI engagements.
•Extensive hands-on expertise with SQL/SQL analytics and knowledge of large-scale database and data processing technologies (e.g., Oracle, Teradata, Netezza, Greenplum).
