Key Responsibilities

  • •Own commercial and financial accountability for project delivery, including revenue, margin/overhead management, budgeting/forecasting, risk/opportunity reviews, and cost controls.
  • •Contribute to reviewing project proposals and plans to determine scope, schedule, staffing requirements, and resource allocation across project phases.
  • •Negotiate customer changes to project scope/specification and follow change management to approve modifications to scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
  • •Establish project procedures and lead production of the project execution plan, including deliverables, master schedule, budget, org charts, and risk register.
  • •Lead multidiscipline project execution: report progress to senior management/customer, ensure competence of team members, manage risk identification/mitigation, and provide HSSE leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline).
  • •PMP or equivalent project management certification; PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner required/preferred as stated.
  • •Licensed Professional Engineer (preferred).
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience in engineering and project management in power generation or heavy industrial sectors.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering multi-disciplinary brownfield capital projects in coal-fired, gas, or equivalent thermal power plants.
