Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet and exceed personal sales and store baseline goals, including conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture.
  • •Create consistent, superior client experiences while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • •Participate in coaching by fostering Tumi elite skills practice with the store team and providing constructive feedback.
  • •Ensure compliance by managing timecards accurately, completing assigned tasks by deadlines, and following policies and procedures.
  • •Support visual merchandising and store standards, including cleanliness and attention to store directives.
