•Oversee safety assessments and audits, manage hazard identification/analysis/control, and participate in equipment installation design for safety, health, ergonomics, and environmental principles.
•Develop and implement safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, and training; promote facility-wide EH&S awareness and communications.
•Create and facilitate EH&S teams/committees and provide expert technical assistance to departments and business units.
•Ensure compliance with health/environment/safety regulations; interface with regulatory agencies and support inspections while tracking legal developments.
•Develop and manage accident/injury investigations and workers’ compensation programs, analyzing trends and establishing risk reduction objectives.

•At least five to eight years of experience as an environmental/safety professional (four-year degree in Environmental & Safety preferred).
