Lead go-to-market sales for Cloud & Security, directing sales managers and quota-carrying teams to deliver consistent revenue performance. Key Responsibilities

•Provide direction to sales managers to drive consistent results and performance across their sales teams.
•Work with senior stakeholders to develop sales strategy, define market approach, set targets, and exceed objectives.
•Oversee flawless execution of sales initiatives and programs to meet regional sales revenue and strategy.
•Manage and develop the sales team, including budgets, plans, reporting, and operating through required forums.
•Coordinate go-to-market activities across geography and engage vendors/partners to develop and execute regional strategies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or a related field.
•Significant experience in a sales leadership/management role, preferably in a global technology services organization.
•Significant sales work experience in a similar environment, including go-to-market planning and execution.
•Significant strategic planning and operational execution experience, with a strong track record of managing financial results and business outcomes.
•Significant experience negotiating on extremely critical matters and media experience/evidence of prior work in this area.
