Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end process transformation by identifying structural bottlenecks and leading cost-out/efficiency initiatives across suppliers to final mile.
  • •Maintain regional KPI framework and enable digitalization/automation of manual workflows with Regional Supply Chain teams.
  • •Manage multi-echelon inventory optimization by dynamically adjusting safety stock and lead-time parameters to balance service levels and working capital.
  • •Orchestrate monthly regional S&OP meetings and align Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations through demand/supply/capacity balancing and scenario planning.
  • •Uphold purchase and supply process/master-data governance and execute resilient distribution strategies across ASEAN.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of related experience in S&OP, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Excellence.
  • •Advanced proficiency in data modeling and supply chain analytics tools.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate complex supply chain data into actionable insights for C-suite and influence local teams.
  • •Demonstrated expertise leading large-scale transformation projects with change management for digitalization or process optimization.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business; MBA or certifications such as APICS CSCP/CPIM or PMP are highly preferred.
