Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide courteous client interaction and complete complex and standardized transactions while maintaining accurate records of monies assigned.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support sales through outbound calling, checking client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and routing/referring to specialists as needed.
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for client needs.
