Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain software products in the Core Banking technology stack.
  • •Provide support across end-to-end delivery and run lifecycle, including development, testing, and operational support.
  • •Identify and address operational issues during product/service releases and changes in coordination with Ops, Dev, and Test engineers.
  • •Collaborate with engineers, architects, agile coaches, and stakeholders to understand and drive Core Banking product strategy.
  • •Advocate modern software development practices and participate in engineering discipline/community activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of engineering experience delivering software products.
  • •Hands-on experience with RPG, RPGLE, SQL, CLLE CL OS/400, and DB2/400.
  • •Knowledge of API and microservices, plus designing and developing responsive UI components.
  • •Understanding of security practices for development, with good troubleshooting skills.
  • •Experience fostering engineering culture in an agile and DevOps environment and collaborating across global engineering centers.
