Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop construction document packages for water and wastewater projects using Revit/Civil 3D and CAD.
  • •Apply Civil 3D to prepare surfaces from survey data; create alignments, plan & profiles, sections & details, assemblies & sub-assemblies, corridors, and pipe networks.
  • •Prepare site servicing, grading plans and profiles for pump stations and treatment plants in Civil3D, adhering to BIM/CAD standards.
  • •Manage design tasks to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards, including cut/fill volumes and materials calculations for cost estimates.
  • •Coordinate BIM processes and verify deliverables through check/review for completeness, accuracy, and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology.
  • •5+ years of experience delivering Civil projects per client standards, on schedule and on budget.
  • •Fully conversant with Civil3D and knowledge of BIM.
  • •Experience with GIS is required.
  • •Expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure design.
