Job Summary

Own end-to-end logistics settlement quality and operational efficiency for TikTok Shop. Design settlement solutions and SOPs, build billing rule and rate card management systems for merchants and LSPs, and define reconciliation and closed-loop fund capabilities. Manage core settlement metrics/SLAs, drive resolution of complex discrepancies, and implement risk controls and monitoring. Use data insights to optimize settlement strategies and support cross-functional product and R&D execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Design end-to-end settlement processes and data links, including acceptance standards and SOPs, and drive business go-live.
•Abstract billing factors and build rate card management systems for merchants and LSPs to ensure fees are collected and configurations are implementable.
•Define rate card templates, bill structures, reconciliation strategies (discrepancy classification and ticket routing), and closed-loop fund capabilities; partner with product and R&D on capability construction.
•Manage settlement operations/BPO metrics (SLAs, reconciliation cycles, accuracy rates, timeliness), coordinate team task allocation, and drive resolution of complex issues.
•Identify risk exposures, implement risk control alert mechanisms and monitoring to prevent unaccrued/uncollected fees, and optimize billing/settlement strategies using data insights.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or payment/settlement operations, preferably with exposure to LSP/vendor management.
•Strong understanding of settlement processes, including reconciliation, invoicing, contract terms, and discrepancy/dispute handling.
•Proven experience building or optimizing SOPs and operational frameworks in complex, fast-paced environments.
•Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage external partners (LSPs/vendors) effectively.
