Key Responsibilities

  • •Design Optical Fabrication tooling using Siemens NX and Teamcenter and create technical product documentation (TPD) for manufacture.
  • •Maintain new tooling requests in the ASML Issue Resolution (AIR) system with progress updates and timelines for stakeholders.
  • •Host Gemba walks and formal tooling request intake sessions, including PFMEA/DFMEA and design reviews.
  • •Participate in Engineering Change Notice (ECN) reviews and provide factory input; create PowerPoint presentations for design reviews.
  • •Place purchase orders in the EasyBuy system for custom and catalog components and support qualification/release of the tool to Production, including assembly with hand tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related) with 10+ years in a manufacturing or engineering environment, or a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (or related) with 7+ years.
  • •Advanced understanding of manufacturing processes and quality principles.
  • •Familiarity with CAD tools including Siemens NX and SolidWorks.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, automation) and understanding of SPC, data analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
