Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project team members, influence positive actions, and drive accountability for delivery against the plan.
  • •Manage project processes, including defining and continuously monitoring the Project Implementation Document (PID).
  • •Align scope, objectives, detailed milestones, and deliverables with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • •Develop and manage implementation, project, quality, and communications plans; define resource plans and track resource needs during pre-sales.
  • •Manage and escalate project risks and issues, manage the project budget, proactively manage scope changes, lead go-live handover to support, and produce project closeout and lessons-learned reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing projects implementing integrated ERP solutions for the healthcare sector with direct client contact.
  • •Experience across the full project lifecycle from initiation and execution through go-live and closeout.
  • •Preferred: direct healthcare sector knowledge and/or more than 3 years of experience with IT systems for healthcare.
  • •Experience managing resources, tracking hours, budgets, and forecasts.
  • •Proven ability to lead diverse, multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with people at all organizational levels.
