You will lead aerodynamic design, analysis, and testing across the full development lifecycle on a high-ownership, fast-moving program, contributing to airline-grade performance in a defense-focused, vendor-collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design aerodynamic features for unmanned air vehicles across conceptual to detailed design maturities
•Develop and improve aerodynamic analysis tools and perform high-fidelity CFD/low-order methods analyses
•Conduct stability and control analysis and integrate results into vehicle models
•Create and maintain aircraft performance models and simulations to predict behavior
•Plan, execute, and analyze wind tunnel and flight tests, coordinating data collection and interpretation

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Physics, or related technical discipline
•8-10+ years of work experience as an individual contributing engineer in a high-impact, start-up environment
•Experience with aircraft performance, analysis predictions, and Stability & Control
•Competent in aerodynamic analysis techniques including hand calculations, vortex, lattice methods, panel methods, and CFD
•Wind tunnel and flight test experience including data acquisition, data analysis and project coordination
