Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build client relationships through styling and fashion expertise, drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet personal and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, inventory processing, and asset-protection procedures while maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach and adhere to brand style and service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transactions, and support inventory cycles.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including reading price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical requirements including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and moving around the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping/video demos, plus clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
