As a Citizens Banker, you’ll build lasting relationships with customers at the Albany branch, assess financial needs, recommend solutions, and guide clients through digital and mobile banking tools. You’ll collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams to address complex needs, while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
