Associate Director - Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Provide strategic, client-facing leadership for end-to-end cost management on large-scale, mission-critical data center programs. Own budgeting, estimates, forecasts, change control, and commercial governance, coordinating with scheduling teams to align cost and schedule. Produce executive cost reporting, lead cost risk analysis and value engineering, and mentor junior staff while improving cost management processes, tools, and knowledge capture. Serve as a primary stakeholder interface and support proposals/RFPs.
