Own the foundational platform layer for Ripple Treasury, defining how product pods build and ship by creating a canonical data model, cross-product identity and authorization, and a unified user experience. Lead platform-wide standards for API contracts, schema governance, authentication patterns, and integration protocols. Work at the intersection of identity engineering, data model architecture, and platform UX, with direct exposure to a CEO-level mandate.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and maintain Ripple Treasury’s canonical data model (counterparties, instruments, accounts, users) as the source of truth for solution pods.
•Lead platform-wide identity, authentication, and RBAC, including licensing enforcement and enterprise client configuration.
•Own cross-product user unification by defining architecture, driving the roadmap, and delivering the integration for a single identity layer across products.
•Define navigation architecture and the Home Portal, including L1/L2/L3 navigation structure and platform-wide home experience.
•Establish and maintain platform experience standards for API contracts, schema governance, authentication patterns, and integration protocols.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years owning a platform infrastructure, identity/authentication, or developer platform product in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
•Track record shipping platform capabilities that accelerated dependent team velocity.
•Deep familiarity with identity and access management (authentication, RBAC, authorizing, licensing), canonical data modeling principles, and platform API development.
•Experience translating platform experience trade-offs into clear product requirements for engineering and product leadership audiences.
•Ability to lead cross-product or post-acquisition integration work for platform initiatives.
