Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Case Managers

Coordinate applicant intake, outreach, assessments, and ongoing case management for CDBG-DR disaster recovery participants across 27 Texas counties. Serve as the primary point of contact, maintain caseloads and required documentation, provide timely case-status updates, and protect applicant information. Collaborate with team leads and program management, attend meetings/trainings and key events, and support temporary relocation selections when applicable while traveling to regional and satellite sites.
