Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct system research and analysis to investigate in-service fleet hazards, risks, and safety concerns and quantify impact.
  • •Identify safety and mission assurance systemic root causes and recommend corrective actions using industry best practices.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to define, validate, and integrate safety, mission success, and airworthiness requirements into designs, operations, and procedures.
  • •Perform or review tests, analyses, inspections, audits, and simulations to verify safety and mission assurance requirements are met.
  • •Create and maintain aerospace safety and mission assurance tools/processes and document hazard mitigation, verification, and corrective action activities in compliance with customer/regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
  • •Level 2: 2+ years in an engineering discipline.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • •1+ years of experience in systems, mechanical, electrical, or software engineering.
  • •1+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion.
