Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the regional strategy for identifying, prioritizing, pursuing, and converting custom silicon opportunities across targeted market segments.
  • •Establish executive-level relationships with key decision-makers across hyperscalers, OEMs, automotive, communications, and other large silicon buyers.
  • •Drive account planning and execution aligned to customer priorities and Intel’s long-term growth objectives.
  • •Lead complex deal strategy across long sales cycles, including discovery, solution definition, commercial negotiation, investment alignment, and business case development.
  • •Develop and govern a disciplined regional opportunity pipeline, forecast accuracy model, and cadence while bringing market intelligence into strategic planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong sales/business development experience selling custom silicon/ASIC solutions to foundries, custom silicon houses, and end customers.
  • •7+ years of semiconductor, ASIC, SoC, foundry, IP, or complex silicon solution sales experience.
  • •Experience working with T1 ASIC builders and required foundry/custom chip building experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Strong semiconductor network with pre-existing key stakeholder relationships and ability to drive strategic account growth across long sales cycles.
