Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage monthly payroll cycles and coordinate payroll changes with the People Team.
  • •Coordinate global payroll providers and validate payroll changes are processed correctly.
  • •Ensure payroll payments, related taxes, and benefits are accurate and completed on time.
  • •Manage payroll vendors and oversee bi-monthly and monthly payroll processing across 12+ countries.
  • •Capture payroll through journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts; review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
