Job Summary

Design and deliver Honeywell’s enterprise PLM, NPI, and project engineering solutions, translating business requirements from PLM, product engineering, project engineering, and DevSecOps into scalable architectures. Own platform and integration architecture across systems such as Teamcenter, Windchill, Cora, Accolade, and Jira, lead roadmap and standards alignment, and evaluate SaaS technology options. Partner with cross-functional teams and offshore resources to execute, optimize, and govern solution lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver global PLM solutions for the Honeywell enterprise, partnering with business and engineering teams on lead management and investment priorities.
•Design end-to-end NPI solutions for tracking and reporting NPI programs, SKUs, product data, and opportunity pipeline data.
•Lead architecture strategy and roadmaps for PLM, NPI tools, and project engineering technology across the enterprise.
•Integrate SBG-specific Global Design Model processes across systems including Teamcenter, Windchill, Jira, and related tools.
•Research, recommend, and evaluate SaaS applications, then define architecture plans to onboard and integrate them with Honeywell on-premises and cloud/SaaS systems as applicable.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar discipline.
•8+ years of experience in solutions or Enterprise architecture/deployment across PLM, product engineering, project engineering, and DevSecOps processes.
•6+ years of experience with Teamcenter or Windchill specializing in the architect role.
•3+ years of experience in NPI and project engineering related systems.
•Experience implementing PLM, DevSecOps, and PPM platforms (plus Teamcenter certification and SAFe experience are valued).
