Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical advisory and support on waterproofing applications to key clients, associations, and consultants (including on-site visits) and identify/develop innovative solutions for new or existing spray applications
•Collaborate with sales and other departments to implement new products and solutions, including field tests
•Manage maintenance for specific product portfolios related to sprayer equipment and pumping systems
•Collaborate with other departments to identify gaps, niches, and opportunities, benchmark against competitors, and explore new application areas
•Visit customers to present products, demonstrate applications, discuss technical solutions, and propose test plans to achieve project goals and coordinate with test engineers

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or science or higher
•2-3+ years of practical experience with waterproofing materials, coatings, sealants, or adhesives and experience with pumping and spray equipment
•Strong experimental design and data analysis skills, and ability to prepare reports
•Experience with pumping systems and spray equipment
•Strong critical thinking, adaptability, communication, and teamwork skills
