Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and participate in environmental projects within the Site Assessment and Remediation Team.
  • •Develop technical reports and present environmental data for projects regulated under CERCLA and RCRA (and related regulations).
  • •Develop, lead, and implement environmental site investigations/assessments and conceptual site model strategy for remediation.
  • •Perform project management including proposals, budgets, schedules, and coordination with field resources.
  • •Provide guidance for collecting and compiling environmental data, including analysis of geologic/hydrogeologic/chemical results to support corrective action planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or a closely related discipline; master’s is a plus.
  • •Essential GA P.E. licensure/certification (or ability to obtain license).
  • •Minimum 10 years of environmental project experience, including task management, proposal writing, client contact, and regulatory interaction.
  • •Knowledge of environmental laws/regulations and compliance record-keeping, especially CERCLA and RCRA.
  • •Experience with site investigations and remediation, including soil/groundwater drilling, soil logging (USCS), and installing groundwater and soil gas wells.
