Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own Focus product vision, roadmap, and operating plan for relevant Strategy Collection “jobs to be done,” translating customer and business needs into shipped outcomes.
  • •Lead AI-native product building for Focus across discovery, synthesis, prototyping, experimentation, evaluation, launch planning, and post-launch learning.
  • •Identify and prioritize high-impact AI and automation opportunities across Focus workflows such as insights, recommendations, progress monitoring, workflow assistance, and decision support.
  • •Drive cross-functional initiatives with engineering, design, platform, data, research, GTM, support, and partner teams to improve how customers align strategy, goals, teams, programs, and execution.
  • •Use customer evidence, market feedback, account data, product telemetry, and competitive insights to size opportunities, make tradeoffs, and communicate investment decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product management experience with significant ownership in enterprise SaaS or strategy/portfolio and complex collaboration product areas.
  • •Demonstrated AI fluency, including AI-native product building practices from discovery and prototyping through experimentation, evaluation, and launch learning.
  • •Experience building/shipping AI/ML-powered capabilities, including working knowledge of LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt design, retrieval patterns, and responsible AI product quality.
  • •Experience leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with high executive visibility and turning broad problems into execution-ready product strategy.
  • •Strong enterprise SaaS fluency across strategy, governance, administration, integrations, adoption, and data-informed decision making.
