  • •Identify production deviations, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions to eliminate deviations.
  • •Manage labor hours and staffing assignments; report production metrics including manning, quality, machine efficiency, and safety to the Operations Manager.
  • •Train and develop employees on company/plant policies, safe equipment operation, and job tasks; conduct performance reviews and support career development plans.

Key Requirements
