Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical consultation and production design for live event experiences using video, audio, lighting, and presentation to meet production requirements.
  • •Coordinate technical production needs for events and ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including pre-production quality checks and optimization of event assets.
  • •Oversee production design, setup, and configuration of control room elements; maintain equipment and perform testing and quality control prior to events.
  • •Execute virtual events and support staging and creative lighting, including audio mixing, robotic camera operation, streaming, graphics, video playback, and teleprompter support.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot control-related equipment onsite, manage incident/postmortem reporting, and mentor Event Technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in live event production, event coordination, broadcast, and video production (or similar).
  • •1+ years of experience managing scheduling and databases for onsite, virtual, and hybrid live events.
  • •Studio production and event experience.
  • •Experience with control room equipment including video switchers, audio consoles, robotic cameras, and video playback software.
  • •Ability to work organized and detail-oriented in both team and independent settings, including maintaining composure under high-pressure situations.
