•Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Manufacturing and CI engineers to deliver productivity and cost reduction projects.
•Manage the ProTrak productivity project portfolio, ensuring projects are tracked, executed, and reported accurately.
•Oversee CapEx projects, including machinery upgrades, new technology implementation, and automation initiatives.
•Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives as part of SPX implementation, including Kaizen events, 5S, value stream mapping, and standard work development.
•Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and communicate regular updates on project status, cost savings, and lean maturity progress to site leadership.
