Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlement matters from initial negotiations through final claim resolution and program closure. Serve as primary legal and operations lead, working with plaintiffs’ counsel to draft and finalize settlement documents, resolve disputes, and support appeals. Oversee settlement implementation and claims administration, including eligibility criteria development and data analysis across thousands of claimants, while managing teams of nurse paralegals and attorneys.
