Lead the technical engagement with premium publishers, acting as the primary technical escalation point and Brazil market champion. You will implement and optimize MonetizeMore’s ad-tech solutions (PubGuru, Advanced Ads) across high-value accounts, translate technical concepts for non-tech stakeholders, and influence product direction while working fully remotely with global teams.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium publishers, diving into code, network traffic, and ad server configurations to diagnose and resolve integration issues.
•Lead end-to-end technical implementations of MonetizeMore tools for high-value accounts, ensuring zero downtime and optimal revenue from day one.
•Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations to adapt monetization solutions to client websites and mobile apps.
•Translate complex ad-tech concepts into clear value propositions for non-technical customers and key stakeholders, bridging technical and business teams.
•Provide feedback to Product/Engineering teams by translating real-world customer friction points into structured technical requirements to influence the product roadmap.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar)
•Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) and strong English for internal collaboration
•Strong practical knowledge of front-end web technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols
•Experience with ad tech or digital advertising platforms (e.g., GAM, Prebid.js, Header Bidding, GPT) is highly preferred
•Ability to diagnose complex integration issues and guide customers through technical implementations
