Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and grow marketing relationships with enterprise restaurant partners, leading co-marketing engagements including strategic planning, campaign execution, and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Lead integrated co-marketing campaigns end-to-end from concept/production through launch, optimization, and reporting across multiple internal teams.
  • •Measure, analyze, and continuously optimize campaign performance, delivering actionable readouts tied to ads revenue, merchant growth, incremental order volume, and advertiser engagement/retention.
  • •Represent the restaurant advertiser perspective in broader DoorDash Marketing conversations and help shape new co-marketing opportunities.
  • •Manage campaign budgets including spend tracking, pacing, and accrual preparation to drive strong ROI.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of B2C marketing experience with a mix of performance, retention, and consulting exposure (MBA a plus).
  • •Own marketing programs end-to-end, from goal-setting and strategy through execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • •Hands-on experience across paid media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok) and CRM channels in a client- or partner-facing environment.
  • •Strong analytical skills, including market/segment sizing and forecasting to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • •Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills partnering with Sales/Sales-Marketing teams to drive advertiser outcomes.
