Job Summary

Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, identify financial needs, and recommend retail consumer and small business solutions. Proactively reach out using CAMP and other approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews. Drive cross-selling, outside sales activities, and revenue growth for the Financial Center, while partnering with mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment teams. Handle teller transactions and support platform staff with a strong focus on risk management and customer experience.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to handle sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and to cross-sell to existing customers.
•Understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
