Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise customer engagements from kick-off and discovery through deployment, value realization, and formal closeout.
  • •Own project plans, schedules, milestone tracking, and project P&L/burn rates aligned to SOWs.
  • •Provide rigorous stakeholder communication, including progress against baselines, burn rates, dependencies, risks, and key assumptions.
  • •Maintain real-time documentation and PSA/system tracking to support revenue recognition, margin optimization, and resource forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of related experience.
  • •5+ years delivering enterprise project or program management for external enterprise clients (enterprise software cloud SaaS or professional services).
  • •Proven experience leading customer engagements using Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery frameworks.
  • •Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements from initiation through execution and closure.
  • •Experience with governance, financial forecasting/reporting, and delivery compliance in customer-facing contexts.
