Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, deploy, and support high-quality software solutions for Windows agent products.
•Collaborate with architects, project managers, developers, QA, and UI designers to satisfy customer needs and achieve customer success.
•Deliver features through the full development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation.
•Create and execute test cases and scripts to validate functionality, performance, reliability, and security.
•Troubleshoot and debug complex issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
•Familiarity with AI-native development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and maintaining consistent AI configurations.
•Established a repeatable AI-native development workflow across every stage of the development lifecycle.
•Familiarity with context engineering practices and leveraging or building agent tools (e.g., AI Agent Skills, MCP servers).
•Familiarity with Windows and ability to troubleshoot environment/system-related issues.
