Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a sales area ledger for customers on credit and cash terms.
  • •Conduct daily credit management to ensure accounts are paid to agreed terms and collect overdue debt.
  • •Manage risk via regular phone contact with customers and sales managers.
  • •Handle customer queries, claims and payment plans while keeping query spreadsheets updated.
  • •Review and assess held orders using the internal risk matrix and raise pro-forma invoices for cash orders as needed.
