Key Responsibilities

  • •Take on recruiting’s biggest ambiguous bets: define the problem, test the smallest viable version, and hand off as repeatable programs.
  • •Own recruiting’s operating rhythm across teams supporting recruiting so planning, review, and decisions happen as one function.
  • •Identify recurring friction and fix underlying system issues rather than one-off cases.
  • •Design and drive adoption of process standards during company-wide changes that run through recruiting.
  • •Lead headcount and workforce planning, including hiring pace/readiness for new regions, and own interviewing operating standards.
