•Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy for Google. Drive design wins and quarterly targets for Broadcom networking products.
•Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain high-level executive relationships across Google’s infrastructure organizations.
•Internal Orchestration: Act as the central point of contact within Broadcom to align cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance) with Google.
•Revenue Operations: Drive forecast and revenue alignment with internal/external stakeholders.
•Market Expansion: Win designs and expand the networking footprint across Google infrastructure; champion product planning alignment, engineering/program execution and supply execution to ensure customer success.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of executive sales leadership experience in the semiconductor or networking industry.
•5+ years of hyperscale/data center sales with deep technical knowledge of Ethernet switching, PCIe switching, and server interconnect, storage connectivity and optical interconnect technologies.
•Proven track record of meeting/exceeding growth metrics and building actionable relationships across organizations.
•B.A./B.S. in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
•Willingness and ability to travel globally to support the account.
