Onboarding & Training Specialist

Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new AI Tutors, ensuring day-one readiness through orientation, foundational training, and coordination of access and permissions. Design and continuously improve training materials, playbooks, and resources based on feedback to accelerate tutor ramp-up and quality. Track onboarding progress against milestones, resolve blockers, and serve as the primary point of contact while partnering with internal stakeholders to scale the Human Data team.
