Support safety and security across retail stores by following asset protection procedures, monitoring CCTV, and documenting and closing internal/external theft and safety cases. •Utilize CCTV to review video, investigate safety matters, and bring cases to closure.
•Lead weekly inventory cycle count and partner with inventory operations to reconcile variances.
•Conduct daily/weekly/monthly audits to ensure shortage control and adherence to asset protection policies.
•Manage physical security as a key holder, including off-hours alarm response, and train team members on AP processes and systems.

Key Requirements

•Strong oral and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
•Open availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays and respond to after-hours alarm calls as needed.
