Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of multi-million dollar construction/energy services/HVAC controls projects portfolio.
  • •Support sales with quote preparation, project development, and proposals.
  • •Validate project scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contract documents and participating in pre-bid validation and internal meetings.
  • •Oversee change order management (identify opportunities, recommend solutions, facilitate quotes, apply pricing strategies) and close orders.
