Job Summary

Join the Environment team as an Acoustic, Noise and Vibration Specialist in Aurora, balancing field and office work to deliver air, noise, and vibration projects. Lead noise and vibration studies, perform field investigations, analyze data, and produce technical documentation for regulatory and project needs. Oversee acoustical monitoring and modelling, provide design oversight for design-build teams, and support proposals and client growth through cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and contribute to noise and vibration studies, including field investigations, data analysis, and reporting.
•Deliver high-quality technical documentation and findings supporting regulatory and project requirements.
•Oversee or participate in acoustical monitoring and modelling programs across diverse projects.
•Provide design oversight and support design-build teams to ensure compliance and performance.
•Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to proposal development and project pursuits.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 70,000 - 102,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Degree or diploma in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 3 years of consulting experience, including exposure to acoustical engineering.
•Experience in acoustical monitoring, field investigations, and/or modelling.
•Strong understanding of design-build projects, proposal development, and client engagement.
•Eligibility for membership with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) is an asset, plus a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
