Job Summary

Drive multi-technology infrastructure consulting by defining architectural approaches for complex solutions and reviewing designs against roadmaps and architecture principles. Advise clients with complex IT environments on infrastructure design, deployment, and operations, proactively developing new strategies and solutions. Support pre-sales by shaping and selling solutions and services, fostering relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, and improving internal methodologies through research and continuous contribution.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct regular technology-related reviews to ensure alignment with architectural roadmaps and principles.
•Develop new strategies and solutions across aspects of infrastructure and related technology components.
•Support pre-sales by contributing to solution development and advising on infrastructure design, deployment, and operation.
•Foster and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
•May coach and train Associate and Senior Associate Consultants.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
•Advanced comprehensive technical experience in a similar role within large-scale technology services (preferably multi-national).
•Advanced multi-technology infrastructure design experience, including knowledge of best practices for trusted advisor-level guidance.
•Advanced expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience, including client needs assessment and change management.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
